Reflexology
It is the practice of stimulating nerves on the feet, hands and ears, to supposedly encourage a beneficial effect on some other parts of the body, or to try to improve general health.
Massage
Massage is the practice of touching or of applying structured or unstructured pressure, tension, motion, or vibration to achieve a beneficial response.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone massage is not simply the "gliding" of heated stones lightly upon the surface of the skin, but rather the stones are used as tools to deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level comfortable to the client.
