Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a traditional classic massage which uses various techniques to manipulate soft tissues. Swedish Massage has many benefits including relaxation and improving muscle pain or tension.
Indian Head Massage
Our Indian Head Massage course is based on ancient Ayurvedic techniques. Indian Head Massage focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage movements are applied to relieve muscle tension, improve blood circulation and restore joint mobility.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage technique uses heated Basalt lava stones to massage and warm the clients muscles and tissues. Hot stone massage allows for a deeper pressure massage compared to Swedish massage. Hot stone massage includes the therapeutic application of hot and cold stones on the body.
Body Care
Body care is fundamental in the care of your client’s health and overall body image. Included in this module is Artificial Tanning of the skin.
Nail Technology
This in-depth course will provide you with both theoretical and practical skills to perform nail enhancements with confidence. You can choose to do all three systems or select individual courses below.
