What is Facefit?
Facefit is a form of facial exercise, comprising of deep tissue muscle manipulation, acupressure, and cutting-edge technology such as electrical microcurrent lifting, LED therapy, near-infrared therapy, radiofrequency, ultrasound, and cool lifting to name a few.

Are there any contra-indications?
Facefit aims to provide intense results that incorporate electrical machines, these will have some contraindications, however if you are unable to do electrical devices you can always opt for the facefit yoga exercises.
Common contraindications to electrical devises are:
- Cuts or wounds on the face.
- Cancer, radiation, or chemotherapy.
- Recent facial operations.
- Recent Botox or fillers.
- High blood pressure.
You might be thinking, so what about homecare? How can one maintain the results? Easy! Clients can use electric facial cleansing devices, jade rollers, ice globes as well as the “Facefit” device (A small device you insert into your mouth, which activates 50 muscles in the face by only doing a few simple facial expressions for 5- 10 min a day, anytime, anywhere).
